-A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
-The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Pristine Dance Floors will not provide the service unless full payment is received. If full payment is not received by the due date, your deposit may be forfeited and booking cancelled.
-In the case of the event being rescheduled, your booking will be transferred to the new date, if available. Charges may apply.
-In the event of a booking cancellation, all deposit/payments will be forfeited and no refund issued.
-All payments are final and non-refundable.
– If the venue does not permit Pristine Dance Floors onto their premises to setup and complete your job, the booking will need to be cancelled. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the venue of there engagement with Pristine Dance Floors
